User: refers to anyone who downloads and uses the application.
Branch: refers to the physical commercial branch to which the application belongs.
The Application grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The terms and conditions of use are subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt in which the commercial branch is located.
The application or the commercial branch shall not bear any responsibility for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
The application is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. The application does not bear any responsibility for any damages that may arise from the use of the application.
The application reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions of use at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through an in-app notification.
The value of orders is paid through the payment methods available in the application, which is cash on delivery. In the event of any problem with payment, users can contact the branch via the phone number to solve the problem.
Users may provide comments and suggestions, and the App reserves the right to use such comments for the purposes of improving the Service. The App reserves the right to remove any user-generated content if it is inappropriate or violates the Terms.
All content on the application, including texts, images, and logos, is the property of the commercial branch and may not be used without permission.
Users are prohibited from using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
It is prohibited to tamper with or attempt to tamper with the security of the App or its systems.
The application reserves the right to terminate or suspend the user's account in the event of violation of any of the terms and conditions of use.
التطبيق: يشير إلى تطبيق المقهى.
المستخدم: يشير إلى أي شخص يقوم بتحميل واستخدام التطبيق.

تخضع شروط وأحكام الاستخدام لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية التي يقع فيها الفرع التجاري.
لا يتحمل التطبيق أو الفرع التجاري أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق.
يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. لا يتحمل التطبيق أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار قد تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق.
يحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل شروط وأحكام الاستخدام في أي وقت. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات من خلال إشعار داخل التطبيق.
يتم دفع قيمة الطلبات من خلال طرق الدفع المتاحة في التطبيق، وهي الدفع عند الاستلام. في حالة وجود أي مشكلة في الدفع، يمكن للمستخدمين الاتصال بالفرع عبر رقم الهاتف لحل المشكلة.
قد يقدم المستخدمون تعليقات واقتراحات، ويحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في استخدام هذه التعليقات لتحسين الخدمة. يحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في إزالة أي محتوى مقدم من المستخدم إذا كان غير مناسب أو ينتهك الشروط.
جميع المحتويات الموجودة على التطبيق، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والشعارات، هي ملك للفرع التجاري ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.
يحظر على المستخدمين استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو غير مصرح بها.
يحظر العبث أو محاولة العبث بأمان التطبيق أو أنظمته.
يحتفظ التطبيق بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق حساب المستخدم في حالة انتهاك أي من شروط وأحكام الاستخدام.
